I found this Outline stamp in one of my stamp storage tubs, and it reminded me of why I bought it years ago. At this point in my life , I have friends living throughout the world along with the ones I get to see everyday. I made this card for a special friend living overseas for her birthday.It still is a project in progress and I will look it over again before it is sent. The card stock is teal(Joann's cards)The folder used was the Cuttlebug(circles)and , flower dies used with scraps. Matching teal ribbon(unknown)and Vivid Sky Blue Dye Ink was sponged lightly on the natural scrap paper upon which the verse was stamped in Memories Sepia Dye Ink.
